i have been thinking about this...since i'm really serious about this comic of mine...
im thinking..after (or at the same time) i've release issue 4 and 5.. i'm planning to seek a publishing house that
can print my indie into a 110 page compilation (revised version of issues 1,2 and 3 plus issues 4 and 5 + a spedial issue zero /epilogue/ )
whatcha think???!! would i do it? (i'm certainly gonna do it..) but would anyone buy it? wahahahha...
i'll just have to publish limited copies...for starters...

now, the publisher hunting begins...

if anyone knows some good publishing house here in the philippines.. we can arrange some appointments.. wahahaha
but seriuosly...i really wanna do this even if people wouldn't buy my indie turned into compilation thingy...ehehe

my dream computer isn't going to be a dream after all...it's gonna be reality before christmas comes...
i'll be buying a new 1 from my own sweat and blood again... (goodbye old computer..thanks for serving me for almost ten years) wahahaha...i'll be buying that 20inch l.e.d. flat screen monitor..wooo! *happy mode* thinking to buy that pen tab that i've been craving for years now...so what's the catch? it ain't santa goin' to give me this stuff...
it's hardwork..yep..just closed a deal with a client to do a commission for a week...so i'll be flyin' to davao city by next week (20th of november) feels like i just won a jackpot round in eat bulaga's kahit sino pwede...wahehhe
sorry guys (friends na magpapalibre) gustuhin ko man ilibre kayong lahat, this is for my computer..my christmas gift for my lil ol' self now.. pag may sumobra.. i think i can arrange some some...nweiz...still gots to do lotsa stuff..

nagpakuha ako ng dugo!! nagdonate ako ng dugo!!! blood donor na ako! hindi na virgin ang aking mga ugat! natusukan na ako ng malaking karayom at...wooo...dugo...

sorry for being hyper...its just that.. i haven't been hospitalized yet (ever in my 23 years of living)
i haven't been confined or anything..so im so happy that i finally experience something like donating blood...
wooooooo....i've donated blood for my friend's grandfather because his grandpa needs it for his surgery...

ummm..what else...hmmm...i'm also happy that this past week i've regain some time to be able to freestyle (dance) again in front of my mirror.. (and i've missed it a lot) practiced new moves / techniques... and watched some awesome moves from the net and especially my new master (hoping) wahahah.. phillip chbeeb of so you think you can dance...awesome freestyler man... really.. perhaps...he is the best there is.. sorry jabbawockeez..i still admire you but...damn..phillip is great...he freestyles with various arsenals up his sleeves...pop-lock, tatums, glides, waves..and the creativity to sum it all up..wooo... wishin' i had that kind of talent.. *can sharingan some of his moves,about 50% or less wahahah*

umm...what else...trying to learn alibata...memorizing it...

ummm...regaining the urge to buy that skullcandy headphone because my girlfriend gave her ipod to me...
*forgotten her ipod shuffle in her pocket and got washed in the laundry, she gave it to me and i found out that it still works..yiiiii...happy way to replace my broken mp3 player!* love ya baby and thank you for not taking you word back ehehehe....

ummm...urge of getting a stable job by 2010....to make some muneh to buy stuff..like spray cans.. *missin spray painting the town by myself and with my crew* and buyin' that new computer i've always been looking forward of having it in my room, at my drawing table *sigh*

enough dreaming and start working....

got a sideline job (freelance work) on davao... i dunno when...i'll be meeting the client today (as of nov. 6, 09)

first of all...thanks for all who came... (later na yung mga specific thank you's) AND PLEASE READ THE KOMIKON HIGHLIGHTS AFTER MY THANK YOU PORTION...REALLY FUNNY STUFF THAT HAPPENED...PANALO TALAGA!
now for the story...



excited / exhausting...being a event marshall...I (and 3 of my orgmates from U.P. Lunarock *namely julia / former guildmaster lester / lester's girlfriend and current guildmaster of the org, raisa / and my girlfriend and orgmate, erica ) went to SM Megamall last October 18, 2009 at 3AM in the morning....YEP! ITS 3AM IN THE MORNING, to meet up the Komikon staff (syeri,lydon,jon,lei,patrick and ariel)..the 5 of us walked...yep! walked around the dark parking lot of SM Megamall parking lot B...from ground to the 5th floor...it was kinda scary but fun at the same time...we took some pictures while walking up...when we got in the mall and on the exact place (Megatrade Hall 1)... picture gallore before we set up the event materials...then..wait is over...we opened the gates when the mall opened (10am) it was fun from start to finish..it was also exhausting being an event handler...but i've met different people from different organizations and independent comic groups...met friends (highschool and college) met former orgmates from U.P. LUNAROCK, met new artists,and met artists that I am familiar of and properly acquianted, and many more...fast forward to the scenes...i bought some komiks, sold my independent komiks, handled the event and the like... and thus the event was over..finally i realized that i was hungry...exhausted...and sleepy...got home around 12 midnight...
and goodnights came again with a smile...

now for the THANK YOU PART....

again, Thanks for the Komikon Inc. (syeri,lydon,jon,lei,patrick and ariel) for giving me and U.P. Lunarock the opputunity (again) to participate again in your wonderful event! MABUHAY!! ASTEEGG TALAGA ANG KOMIKON!!

~ alam mo, hindi ko kasi pwedeng ibenta dahil nagkaroon na ng value sa akin yang blood blade na yan...i spent several days..hammering,,chiselling - yep! chisel...my dad's electric sander broke down before i could sand it...so I actually carved it out by hand...i think you did knew that i wasn't gonna sell it but still, you asked if you could buy it...

there was this random lady that approached me..(aged around 37-40)

Random Lady: excuse me marshall, kilala mo po ba yung gumawa nyan? (sabay turo sa screen projector)
IKOTRON: opo kilala ko po, bakit po?
Random Lady: nakakairita kasi yang mga ginagawa nya...ambastos...masyado syang sexist...nakakainis.. (then she shook her head)
IKOTRON: (LOOKED AT DAVID WHO WAS WATCHING THE MOTION PICTURE WITH EVRYONE ELSE, AND I JUST BURST A LAUGH THEN RUN AWAY FROM DAVID'S BOOTH AND RUN AWAY BESIDE THAT LADY)

LATER: I told David what happened and we just gave a high five, shake hands and laugh..wahahhaha

* a lady told me that there was a random bag in their booth...but its not their property... we asked if its owned by the booth next to them and the booth at the back of them but they all claimed the same thing, THE BIG BLUE BAG WAS NOT THEIR PROPERTY...

so i carried it back to the komikon booth and ask Syeri and Noelle (my orgmate and the host) to paged it at the stage but nobody is caliming it...

IKOTRON: Lydon, can we open the bag for security purposes?
LYDON: sure...we have to know atleast what's inside..
PATRICK: baka bomba yan or something....
IKOTRON: (opened the bag...)

ANDF THEN...POOF! IT WAS A MASCOT'S HEAD...

AT FIRST, AKALA NAMIN CHOP CHOP MASSACRE NG ISANG MASCOT *LAUGHS*
THEN WE CAME IN TO CONCLUSION THAT ITS A MASCOT'S CURSED HEAD THAT WOULD ACTUALLY OPENED IF YOU WOULD TAKE IT HOME...
